SMSCMC has been awarded a Golden Category Mowaamah Certification from the Ministry of Human Resource and Social Development. This award is in recognition of the
inclusive and supportive work environment for employees with Disabilities. The Golden Category is the highest level awarded by the Ministry.
Jeremy Charmak, CEO of SMSCMC said, “The award certificate is for providing a workplace that enables people with disabilities to get the best opportunities in a supportive working environment. In order to achieve this we have demonstrated an inclusive recruitment process, conducted awareness training programmes such as unconscious bias for all employees, and ensured that we have inclusive facilities”
He continued, “We are extremely proud to receive this award. It is recognition of the progress we have made in ensuring an inclusive environment which enables employees with disabilities to be empowered and achieve their potential.”
